We often hold our breath because we subconsciously know that breathing deeply allows us to feel our pain surfacing. To feel this pain, is the only way to allow it to release and heal.

Through this gentle modality, we use the 6 elements to encourage healing bit by bit so it feels safe, rather than overwhelming.

Trauma and stress are often stored in the deep tissues and nervous system of the body, so this method allows the stored “charged” energies to move out of the body bringing about relief and balance.
