What is Prana? It is a Sanskrit word that indicates constancy- a force in constant motion. It is the vital force that sustains not only the body, but also creation at every level. Prana exists in sentient beings as the energy that drives every action, thought, & every level of the mind and body. How about harnessing your Prana with some of our activities, so you can live a life with more freedom, expansion, and joy?
Prana Space offers healing therapy, 5 elements yoga therapy, yoga classes, thai yoga massage, as well as various wellness and spirituality workshops and retreats in Jordan. The teachers use classes and healing techniques only as tools for your body and subconscious mind to naturally heal itself. You can choose whatever mind-body holistic technique that suits you best whether it is yoga group classes, yoga therapy one-on-one physical or psychological sessions, or healing therapy sessions, tai chi/ qi gong, or all the above. These methods are simply reminders that you are already whole and perfect. You are also welcome to join the free Om chanting sessions, which provide further healing to the mind, body and soul.
